1. Organizer
Plava Noć is organized by GNK Dinamo Zagreb in cooperation with [Partner Company Name] (hereafter “Organizer”).

2. Tickets & Attendance
– All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where the event is canceled by the Organizer.
– Tickets are transferable if the Organizer is notified no later than November 1, 2026.
– Tickets must be presented (physical or digital) for entry.
– Plava Noć is an adult-oriented event. Guests must be 18 years or older to attend. Guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ in accordance with US law.

3. Sponsorship Packages
– Sponsorship benefits (logos, banners, booths, trips, tickets, etc.) are provided as described in the package purchased.
– The Organizer reserves the right to adjust operational details (e.g., exact placement of logos/banners) while ensuring comparable value.
– Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable and considered support for GNK Dinamo Zagreb’s programs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Travel Arrangements (for Sponsorship Packages)
– Trips included in sponsorship packages will be arranged by the Organizer.
– The Organizer is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses outside of the package scope (e.g., travel insurance, visas, personal costs).

5. Event Program & Changes
– The Organizer reserves the right to change the event program, entertainment, or venue without prior notice.
– If the event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., war, terrorism, natural disaster, epidemic, government restrictions, venue closure), liability is limited to refunding the face value of tickets. Sponsorship contributions will not be refunded and will be treated as charitable support, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Event Entry & Security
– Guests may be subject to ID checks, bag checks, and security screenings at the venue entrance.
– Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials.
– The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests not complying with security policies.

7. Code of Conduct
– Guests are expected to act respectfully toward staff, performers, and other attendees.
– The Organizer reserves the right to remove any guest behaving inappropriately, without refund.

8. Liability & Insurance
– Attendance is at each guest’s own risk. The Organizer accepts no liability for illness, injury, property loss, or damage, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
– Guests and sponsors are responsible for obtaining their own insurance (health, travel, cancellation) if required.
– Guests are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal safety unless explicitly included in a sponsorship package.

9. Accessibility
– The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to provide accessibility for persons with disabilities, in line with applicable laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Guests requiring assistance should contact the Organizer in advance.

10. VIP & Special Packages
– VIP and exclusive sponsor benefits are subject to availability and may be substituted with comparable alternatives if unforeseen circumstances occur.

11. Ticket Resale & Scalping
– Tickets may not be resold above face value. The Organizer reserves the right to void tickets suspected of unauthorized resale or fraudulent purchase.

12. Photography & Media
– By attending, guests consent to being photographed and recorded. These materials may be used by GNK Dinamo Zagreb and partners for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without further notice or compensation.
– All intellectual property (logos, event materials, recordings) remains the property of the Organizer.

13. Indemnity
– Attendees and sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation, except where caused by Organizer’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
– These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York (for the New York event) and the State of Ohio (for the Cleveland event).
– Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the relevant state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Severability
– If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
– These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and the ticket holder/sponsor.
